- Reservations can only be made between one and twenty eight days inclusive in advance of the first night’s stay.
- All breaks are subject to the hotel’s availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for discounted bookings.
- Children are subject to the individual hotel’s normal children rates and reservations. Children may not utilise the offer.
- The offer may only be taken between two and six consecutive nights (inclusive) in a twin or double room, based on two people sharing on a bed and breakfast basis.
- This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the British Isles.
- The offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering/extending a visit after a booking is made.
- The offer is based on the hotel’s standard rack rate.
- Prices are valid at date of going to press but may be liable to change. To confirm the offer rates please contact the hotel direct.
- A supplement may be charged for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake views). Supplementary charges are not subject to the 50% offer.
- The promoter and any associated promotion partner shall not be liable for any breach by individual hotels and accept no responsibility for any personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any participant of the promotion.
- Cancellations: Up to day of arrival - 100% of one night's standard hotel price. On day of arrival - full cost of the stay may be charged.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount schemes or cards generated by the participating hotels.
- Each hotel has confirmed its willingness to participate in the offer. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of the voucher.
- Occasionally new employees may not be familiar with our contracted agreement with the hotel, if this occurs inform the manager.
- Any dispute must be settled directly with the hotel.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
