2. The 2 for 1 offer enables two people to play one 9-hole or 18-hole round of golf for the price of one. Both golfers must tee off together at the same time. A maximum of four players (two vouchers) can only be used on a single booking. Separate bookings on any one day by groups of players who are deemed to be part of the same party & exceeds four players may not claim the 2 for 1 rate. Some courses may allow more than four players.
3. The 25% off voucher enables one person to receive 25% off a 9-hole or 18-hole round of golf. Some courses may allow more than one voucher to be used as part of a group booking.
4. This offer is strictly subject to availability. Vouchers are only valid if you have telephoned the course in advance & booked your tee time expressing you hold a golfing days out voucher.
5. Vouchers are strictly for casual play only. They cannot be used as part payment for any corporate, society or open competitions. Some courses will have a limit on how many times in a 12 month period you play.
6. Tee off times may vary in the high & low season. Some days a course may have a special event, which will not enable you to play. Each course will have specific days when you can take advantage of this voucher.
7. All golf courses operate a strict dress code. Denims, trainer & T-shirts, & the like will not be permitted on the course or in the clubhouse. Some courses will only permit players with an official club handicap certificate to play. You will be asked to produce this certificate when paying. If you do not present the certificate you will not be permitted to play.
8. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive/promotion or green fee discount.
9. You must be aged 18 or over. Some courses may permit a junior to play alongside an adult.
10. MLP & any associated partner/promoter shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual courses & accept no responsibility for any loss or personal injury to players using the voucher or voucher holders injuring others. Also MLP will not be held responsible to voucher holders causing damage to property or to the course. It is advised that players should have golfing insurance before playing, as they will be liable if they cause damage or personal injury while playing.
11. Each course has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion at the time of going to press and are subject to change. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any course subsequently declining acceptance of the voucher.
12. Occasionally new employees may not be familiar with our contracted agreement with the course. If this occurs inform the manager.
