Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is valid until 31st March 2010.
2. All treatments must be booked in advance & are strictly subject to availability. Some bookings may not be accepted on certain days.
3. The term 2 for 1 means, one person to have 2 treatments for the price of one (cheapest treatment being free). Some venues allow one person to pay the full price for one treatment & one person to receive the same treatment free.
4. All venues reserve the right to charge full price if you have not pre-booked or you have a photocopy or defaced voucher.
5. This offer cannot be redeemed during any bank holiday period.
6. Each venue has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion at the time of going to press and is subject to change. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any venue subsequently declining acceptance of a voucher for reasons of their own.
7. Some venues operate a cancellation policy and we advise that you check with your chosen venue at time of booking, the promoter cannot be held responsible for any cancellation charges, which may occur.
8. The terms and conditions of the individual venue will apply, these are available upon request from the participating venue / specialist
9. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
10. No liability can be accepted for personal loss or injury at featured venues. Venues provide their own public liability insurance. Individuals may take out their own private insurance.
11. The duration & specification of treatments may vary from venue to venue.
12. Some treatments/sessions will require a certain level of health, fitness & ability. Please ask when booking. If you have a medical condition please consult your doctor before participating. Participants should be warned that participating in certain sessions will make certain personal insurances null & void. Some sessions may require a waiver form being signed before participation. Some sessions may have a minimum & maximum age & other restrictions. People under the age of eighteen may have to provide proof of age. Please check when booking.
13.Occasionally new employees may not be familiar with our contracted agreement with the salon/venue, if this occurs inform the manager.
14. Photocopies will not be accepted & vouchers cannot be transferred. No cash alternatives will be offered.
15. All information is correct at the time of going to press but may be liable to change.
16. The promoter & any associated partner/promoter shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual venues & accept no responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by any participant of this promotion.
17. Any dispute must be settled directly with the individual venue.
